Update July 10: Gemma is fully recovered and has gone to Brisbane to her forever home with an older lady who dotes on her. WTG Gemma!!
Update May 26 2010:
Gemma’s blood tests were all negative on Monday so the vet has proceeded to do all her planned surgery. She is doing well, eating and drinking and waiting on the histopathology results of her tumours to see if they are malignant. Gemma’s vet bill is so far in the region of $1800. We have setup a ChipIn for people to donate. We appreciate any amount as it will help us with paying her vet. Thank you. xx
