Stout build – big paws. Rufus is a doll of a little boy who is as friendly as they come. He has a few nicknames already (Yeti, Dribbles, Diesel, Bones, Flying Nun etc etc) as a result of his lovely physical attributes and habits (although he needs some fattening up and he does love his water) but we like his name
Rufus is in foster care in Newcastle, NSW. Please complete our adoption questionnaire if you are interested in adopting him.

Nina has a calm, loving temperament. She has never actually worked a day in her life! She loves to play with the cat, going on walks, and to have lots of company in the shape of other dogs and people. She needs a secure yard with a high fence as she is very very clever at getting out. Alternatively a farm would be good. She doesn’t bark much, walks well on the lead and is well behaved. She’s in very good health. I’ve never known her to chew things (apart from bones). She loves going in the car. She has been in our family all her life, first with my ex-husband, then with his mother, now with me. She would be a great companion for people of any age. She doesn’t need a lot of food. I give her a small amount of dries in the morning, and a meaty bone or chicken wing at night.
No personality or temperament information available at this time

Bob – Imp # 05A0211 – Male ACDx – Muswellbrook Pound, NSW
This boy is one chilled out dude! He is very calm & content not to mention the most laid back dog I think I’ve ever seen at a pound. Needless to say he is very friendly & well behaved.

Introducing Emily! A sweet 12 month old female desexed (will be soon) Koolie x cattle dog?? Emily is currently being trained in basic obedience, and will suit new owners who would be willing to continue her training. She comes when called, sits, is learning not to jump up (her first visit to the dog park she didn’t jump up on anyone
and is crate trained. She eats and sleeps in her crate with no fuss. Emily is very eager to work and please her owner. She is alert, attentive and makes an excellent guard dog – letting us know if something strange is around or happening. She is toilet trained. The rest of the time you don’t hear a peep. Emily is enjoying visiting the dog park 3 to 4 times a week, but would enjoy a bit of room to run all day (eg small to large acerage). She would love to be working. Emily is currently still in puppy stages for some things eg chewing, but this has improved dramatically with the introduction of crate training and more exercise. She knows which are her toys and LOVES creative ideas for example kong filled with food and sealed with peanut paste to keep her entertained.
Emily loves scratches, cuddles and is very affectionate. She has been living with 3 other dogs and 2 children (aged 6yrs and 4yrs) and a toddler (aged 2yrs) and she is excellent with all of them. Emily has met numerous breeds of dogs in her visits to dog parks and the beach, and she is easy going and gets along with everyone. Emily has shown a VERY KEEN INTEREST in agility training/equipment at the local dog park
if her new owners would like a sport to do with her when she gets a little bit older.
Overall, she is a gentle, sweet girl that will make a loving, loyal, hard working and affectionate forever pet
Emily is in foster care in Brisbane, Qld. Please complete our adoption questionnaire if you would like to adopt her.
