What can you say about Twix except GORGEOUS! :)  He is a little boy with a BIG love for everyone he meets, especially if that someone has food and he loves to pretend he has the little ‘tough boy’ attitude to match his looks (but he really doesn’t, lol)…

Twix is super cute, super playful and super sweet but can be super mischievous if you don’t keep him inline with a firm, friendly and consistent manner.  He will be an absolute gem of a dog when he grows up provided he gets the training and praise that goes along with patiently teaching Twix the right way to behave with both his furry and human friends and family.

He will suit anyone who can give him the time, training, exercise, love and devotion (oh and food too!) that a pup like he deserves.  A committed family with children who love to run and play who will include him in their everyday life or a dedicated young couple or individual who could ensure Twix is made as an integral part of their family will suit him down to the ground

Twix gets along well with other dogs especially if they can handle his rough-house type of play and bouncy energy!  He is as yet untried with cats/poultry etc. but his loving foster carers are committed to introducing him to as many new things as possible and training him appropriately (especially in his toilet training!).  He is a smart boy, who learns super quick and tries his absolute very hardest to please you

Sport 7 weeks

Sport is the biggest brown boy, he loves a rough and tumble with my bigger boy Teddy. He was the most dominant and very vocal before weaning.

Sport is one of 9 from a litter born to Sally, a pregnant kelpie we rescued from Wagga pound.

Wylie is not yet microchipped or desexed and has had his first C3 vaccination.

The adoption fee of $350 covers his remaining 2 vaccinations, desexing and microchipping at the appropriate age at an AWDRI approved vet.

He will be adopted out under a contract with a desexing clause built in to comply with our adoption policies.

Update 02/08: Adopted from the pound.

Note from volunteer – Was asked to look at this girl today for possible adoption. And what a awesome girl she is. Tested her with 4567, 4247, 4302, 4697, and 4698 with no problems at all. She is small in size, a shed or yard type Kelpie, but is not a high energy dog. Has very keen sight and hearing. On the lead she likes to be out in front but does not pull and will sit on command. Overall she is a well balanced dog that enjoys being handled but is happy to go and explore on her own.

This lovely girl was surrendered last Wednesday and is urgently in need of foster or adoptive care.
