Sophie has a lovely gentle nature as well as being extraordinarily beautiful and although she is not an overly excitable dog she does like to chase cars if she has the opportunity and requires secure fencing.

She is happiest when she is with her person laying at their feet or having a cuddle,  and will take  belly rubs all day long.

Sophie gets along well with other dogs, but even if she encounters one that is aggressive she will turn and walk away; she is not into fighting for dominance.

Sophie would make a loving and loyal companion with a family who can spend time with her.

This young girl is very sweet, untrained but I would say will learn quickly, not super hyper though Friendly & loves a pat. Didn’t mind the other 2 dogs in the pound & was more people focused. I would say she could be anywhere from 7-12 months at a rough guess. She is also in season at present.

She is let out everyday into the huge council compound for exercise & unless he gets an influx of dogs he is usually happy to keep them until either he places them or they find rescue. She was found dumped at either the servo or caravan park along the Murray River at Tailem Bend (they are right next to each other) I’m not sure why though as she is a super sweet little girl. Razor is a lovely, spritely very intelligent girl who loves people and getting out and about in the car. She loves chasing a ball and is great with older kids. She is probably a bit boisterous for very young kids. Read the rest of this entry »

Jesse is loyal, affectionate, cuddly and appears to be made of velcro as he just wants to be with his person. House trained, good on a lead, quiet and yet loves to go for a run, he will make a great companion. Still learning the basics he is quick to adapt and very eager to learn.

Overall he is a lovely dog with a lot of love to give. Jesse is now in foster care in Adelaide, SA, and is available for adoption.

I regretfully need to re-home my red x blue heeler as he does not take kindly to our 2.5yr old son. He is great with all other children, but has a serious personality clash with my boy. Cooper is a lovely family member, is easily trainable, energetic, co-exists well with other animals (eg chooks and ducks), and is fully house trained, but is happy enough to live outside.
