Miss Marlie hasn’t been in my care for very long but with each & every day that passes she comes further out of her shell & is really fitting in well with her foster family. Being a pup she does have her mischievous side, but by all means this is in no way a big issue like some pups I’ve had in the past.. Just a bit of chewing but what puppy doesn’t chew. She plays well with older dogs, has had lots of exposure to my toddling & preschool aged children. She is actually quite well behaved with them too – just a few licks with no jumping – and that tail, boy it gets a workout when she greets them. She is very mellow with my cat & i have actually caught them a few times curled up together on the couch or playing together! She has had inside time with me & is quite calm & relaxed, when I am watching tv she will sleep & when I’m up and about she is like a shadow at my heels. We have had one accident inside & that was only because I didn’t see her get up because I was distracted so it was no fault of her own. She has gone most times I take her out onto the grass so she is toilet training well. All in all my opinion is that she is showing a lot of potential to be a clever little dog. She’s already learning basic commands & really is very attentive. She would suit almost anyone who is able to put the time & effort into an intelligent dog, whether it be someone single, a couple, a family. She really is a little ray of sunshine!
