RFS 12482 – Tom Tom – 10mo male kelpie x, Mildura Pound Vic
2yo male ACD x, Mildura Pound Vic *Urgent*
Due now
Volunteer Notes: On this day 03/05/12 at 11am I found this dog to be timid, shy and generally a little unsure of people; he often cowered when I reached out to pat him. He took treats gently but would not eat from the ground while he was being patted. He is timid, and needs to be given time to build confidence in people before he can trust them. He played well with a female dog that he was introduced to, as can be seen in the photo of the two of them.
6092 – 1yo male kelpie x, Mildura Pound Vic

This little boy is a very placid and quiet boy who is a little timid around people and places. He is very affectionate and loving once trust has been gained. I believe he would be a beautiful companion for someone he appears to be a very loyal and loving little dog who needs a helping hand to build up his confidence. Introduced to CRM/RFS: 5902/2012 Stafford x. This little fella was very shy when meeting the staffy x he hid behind me, after a while he sniffed the staffy and felt more comfortable he followed the staffy for a little while then came back to sit by my side. He shares a pen with two other small dogs, he is very quiet in the pen and appears to get along with them well.
Kelpie, male, Sunraysia Region Pound VIC
12417 – 3yo male kelpie x, Mildura Pound Vic
Volunteer notes: He is an energetic, excited, happy boy. Walks quite well on the lead, pulls a little but corrects easily. He will sit and drop. He was introduced to a female Kelpie x he wanted to play but she was very scared and nipped at him, he was then introduced to a female cocker spaniel x and they got on well. He is a lovely dog, very energetic would suit an active lifestyle. He loves water, he was playing in the water bowl a lot. He will need lots of toys to keep him occupied and out of trouble.
Poppet – 5 year old male Border Collie x – Geelong region, Vic
This is Poppet. He is about 5 years old and would like a home where he can be loved and treated as part of the family. Currently kept on a chain he is reactive to the noise of cars and barks at them and has not been socialised with other dogs. He would need to go to a home without cats. He is timid and cowers when voices are raised.
Can anyone take Poppet in and show him that humans mean love and not neglect?
Please contact us if you can foster him for us.
